I see the soul beneath
The pain and the suffering
That has been hidden oh so deep

When I see that precious smile
I wonder what's behind it
What are you really thinking about?
Will I ever get to see it?

Your attitude, it moves me
The way that you carry yourself
I know how you hold up
Even through all the pressure

I love the way you think
It makes me wonder why
The love I have for you
I promise it will never die

Your love is unconditional
I can see it in your eyes
You have so much to give away
I wonder why anyone hasn't already tried?

Your kindness can be taking for weakness
But you won't let it get that far
For you have something precious
Far more than any material things can buy!

You are my everything
My best friend you are indeed
I can tell you anything
And come to you when I'm in need

I love you more than anything
I tell you that all the time
No one else can even compare
